Minister criticises Barnet Council's pay rises
A Conservative cabinet member has rounded on a Tory-run north London council after it decided to award leading figures allowance rises.

Julian has stood for election as MP in Windsor several times, as he is loyal to this area and is dedicated to representing people across the whole constituency.
