Rumours and discussions online have suggested that the Liberal Democrat administration at RBWM intends to introduce parking charges in Ascot  and Sunninghill High Streets. 

Ascot and Sunninghill activist, George Jezard says, “I was very concerned by these rumours but delving deeper, it appears they are based on the comments of an Independent Councillor!”

“I've had it confirmed to me that the council have NO plans to introduce parking charges in Ascot but signing this petition will ensure that they know the strength of feeling against this locally.”

“If you sign the petition, you can choose whether to hear from me and the local Liberal Democrats on this and other local or campaign issues.”
