Man rebailed again after Datchet stabbing arrest

A man in his 70s who was arrested five months ago after a knife attack has had his bail renewed.

The victim of the attack received a stab wound to his leg and needed hospital treatment after the incident which happened in Southlea Road, Datchet on March 5.

The suspect was 72 when he was arrested on Wednesday, March 19, on suspicion of conspiracy to commit grievous bodily harm.

He answered bail yesterday and has been rebailed until September 26.

Police are still investigating the attack.
