The Royal Borough of Windsor & Maidenhead just spent £100K promoting the Conservative Council, with £22,000 of illegally errected lamp post banners and an £80,000 propaganda film.
We've all seen Windsor going downhill in the 12 years since the Tories have been in charge.
What if they'd spent £100K making the town a better place instead?
