The Castle Car Park in central Windsor has been put up for sale for development is currently being advertised by estate agents Bray Fox Smith and development consultants Montagu Evans.
The site, which has for many years been a controversial privately run car park, renowned for its strict enforcement of its parking conditions, would benefit from aesthetic improvement, however given the sensitive position of the site, next to the Thames riverscape and close to Windsor Castle and other historic buildings any development would need to be extremely sensitively done.

Imperial Park Toilets
The good news is that one of the toilets in Imperial Park is now open - one of the two is generally being kept shut so that if there is damage/vandalism to the open one there will be another available. This way at least one is kept open at all times.
Imperial Park Bund (Banks)
You may have noticed the abundant weeds growing on the new earth bund. The bund was seeded with general grass seed but didn't take very well, hence the significant weeds that are growing now. These will be cut and they will be overseeded with grass in the Autumn.
