Your Candidates for the 2019 Elections
Royal Borough of Windsor & Maidenhead


Julian Tisi is our former Parliamentary Candidate from 2010 and 2017. He has also stood several times for Windsor Wards in the Royal Borough. Julian lives in Windsor with his wife and 3 young children, the older two of whom attend local Nursery and First Schools. Julian is an active campaigner having been a leading member of the three Lib Dem campaigns to save Windsor's fire service and the highly successful, "Save Alexandra Gardens" campaign to stop plans for a multi-storey car park at the site of the current ground level car park. Julian works as a Chartered Accountant for a well know energy company based in Windsor.


George Fussey is our former 2015 Parliamentary Candidate and a former Borough Councillor representing Eton. He is a current Eton Town Councillor and is Head of Careers Education at Eton College. George is a biologist by profession and is the curator of the Eton Natural History Museum as well as being a governor at a local first school. He was recently involved in restoring the Barnes Pool watercourse in Eton. George lives in Eton with his wife and brought up his two children, both of who attended local schools, in the town.


Devon Davies lives in Windsor with his wife. Devon moved to the area to study an MSc Physics as Royal Holloway, University of London, after completing his studies he moved to Windsor with his partner and they were married at Windsor Guildhall. Devon is new to politics in the last year or so and has joined the Lib Dems following the Brexit referendum and the consequent mess. By profession Devon is a software developer and in his sparetime Devon likes to work on his allotment.

As a councillor Devon's priorities will include opposing Heathrow expansion, thoughtful provisions to reduce traffic and make parking easier for residents and expansion of eco friendly transport options. Devon says, "I want to see Windsor as an environmentally friendly, forward looking community that draws citizens and tourist alike to a vibrant community centre."
