Julian Tisi & Local Lib Dems launch our General Election Campaign for 2017

  • Unlike other parties the Lib Dems have properly costed plans to reverse the Tory cuts to the NHS, social care and education.

  • Lib Dems would put a penny on income tax to reverse Tory cuts to the NHS and improve underfunded services such as mental health.

  • The Lib Dems would give Windsor schools extra money to reverse Tory cuts and fully fund the extra school places needed.

  • The Lib Dems would let the people have a vote to accept the final Brexit deal or remain in the EU.

Julian Tisi also set out how as MP for Windsor he would fight to make Windsor's Conservative Council listen more to local people on issues such as potholes, school places.

Julian Tisi is now taking his campaign to the streets of Windsor. Since the publication of the Tory manifesto Julian has attacked the Conservatives' plans to clobber the elderly and families. Julian said:

"Every vote for the Liberal Democrats is a vote:

  • against Theresa May's plans to introduce a 'Death Tax' for the elderly receiving care in their own homes,

  • against Theresa May's plans to remove the Triple Lock which ensures reasonable increases in the state pension, and

  • against Theresa May's plans to remove free school lunches from almost two million infants.

  • against Theresa May's expensive, noisy and polluting Third Runway at Heathrow"
